Sancot Consulting Limited is a small, independent, UK based, Information Technology (IT) services organisation providing Business Analysis and Consulting support, primarily on IT related projects.

DETAIL OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED

Business Analysis Skills

Sancot Consulting would be able to help analyse and document Business Processes, Functions and Data, applying methods and techniques used in IT and general business. These skills could be applied at various stages of an IT Project Lifecycle, including, during a strategy/feasibility study, an application package selection and implementation exercise or, a custom application's requirements capture & specification exercise.

The subject areas where we currently have practical Business Analysis experience (and/or formal, professional, training), using methodologies such as PRINCE (PRINCE 2 Practitioner accreditation), SSADM and OO, include:

• Sales, Distribution and Marketing (accredited in SAP R/3)
• Financial, Management & Cost Accounting (professional training)
• Human Resource (Public Sector), Payroll & Pensions Management (professional training)
• Supply Chain, Logistics and Transportation (Commercial & Government)
• Property and Works Management (Government)
• Investment Management (Front and Back Office).

We would be able to apply our functional skills across all application environments including BaaN, JBA, J.D. Edwards, Lawson, Oracle, Peoplesoft and SSA, as well as from SAP. We hold, accreditation as an PRINCE 2 Practitioner, Certificate of Proficiency in SSADM V4.0, Certificate of Awareness in DSDM and, we have certification as an SAP R/3 Sales & Distribution, Applications Consultant. We also have strong familiarity with the Accelerated SAP methodology, ASAP.
